Menardo Jimenez Jr.
DIRECTOR-
Menardo G. Jimenez Jr. currently serves as the Senior Vice President of the Business Transformation Office of PLDT. He joined PLDT in December 2001 and served in various capacities as Corporate Communications and Public Affairs Head, Retail Business Head, Human Resources Group Head, and Fixed Line Business Transformation Office Head. He holds directorships in several subsidiaries of PLDT. Mr. Jimenez received his AB Economics Degree from the University of the Philippines.
Paolo Del Rosario
VICE PRESIDENT-
Paolo Del Rosario co-founded CBTL Holdings alongside Walden Chu and has played an instrumental role in building out the different brands in the group's portfolio in his capacity as Vice President for Marketing & Business Development since 2003. Paolo has an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management.
Laura Westfall
DIRECTOR-
Laura Westfall currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Majent Group of Companies, and holds directorships in all its subsidiaries. Laura is currently the President of the Yale Club of the Philippines, and has served Chairman of Habitat for Humanity and as a Director of Museo Pambata and Girl Scouts of the USA.
Walden Chu
PRESIDENT-
Walden Chu, CFA, CPA, is the Founde,r President and CEO of CBTL Holdings, guiding the group through its early years and growing it to the diversified enterprise it represents today. Walden is currently the Chairman of the Way Up Foundation, serves as a trustee of the Solar Village Foundation, and previously served as Chairman of Habitat for Humanity Philippines and the Real Life Foundation.
James Gerald Ong
VICE PRESIDENT-
Jay Ong has been a director of CBTL Holdings since 2009. Jay is also a Director of Malayan Savings and Mortgage Bank. He holds a Masters degree from the Asian Institute of Management and a Bachelor's Degree from Boston College, USA.

VICE CHAIRMAN-
Victor del Rosario is currently the Chairman of Phil Cement and Union Galvasteel Corp. He also holds directorships in Phinma Corp. and the group's companies.
Joel Jimenez
DIRECTOR-
Joel has been a board member of GMA Network since 2002, and holds directorships in the various subsidiaries of GMA. Joel also serves as a trustee of the GMA Kapuso Foundation. He holds a Masters degree from the Asian Institute of Management and a Bachelor's Degree from Loyola Marymount University, USA.
Menardo Jimenez, Sr.
CHAIRMAN-
Menardo Jimenez is one of the three men considered founding fathers of GMA Network and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer for 27 years. He is the Chairman of the Majent Group of Companies, a Director of San Miguel Corporation, and holds lead positions in over 20 organizations and companies in the Philippines.
